How long does shipping take?+
Domestic orders typically arrive in 2–5 business days. International tracked shipping takes 7–14 business days depending on customs.
Do you ship discreetly?+
Yes. Every parcel uses plain outer packaging with no logos, no product names, and a neutral return address.
How do I pay with Bitcoin?+
After checkout you'll be shown a unique BTC address and the exact amount due. Send the exact amount, then you'll receive an email when payment is confirmed.
What is your dispatch time?+
Orders confirmed (paid) by 14:00 UTC are dispatched the same business day. Otherwise, the next business day.
Are your products tested?+
All inventory is batch-tested by the source laboratory and we keep certificates of analysis on file. Email support if you'd like a COA for a specific batch.
What's your refund policy?+
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we'll reship at no cost or refund in BTC. Reach out within 30 days of dispatch with photos.
Do you ship to my country?+
We ship worldwide. A small number of destinations are restricted due to customs — checkout will tell you if your country isn't supported.
